Commission - Happy birthday Sierra! (belated) (Patreon)

So I was going through my files today, and I realised... I completely forgot to post this one! 😮

It was a commission done for Hadalis, who had this made to congratulate Li'l Miss Sierra for her birthday! And I meant to post it here for the same reason, and I forgot!
