As someone else mentioned, Iki can control dead bodies. He was introduced as a man shooting at Killua before Killua stabbed him in the head and Iki escaped the body. Was a while ago though based on when you watched the episode, and he hasn't ever done it since. It also feels weird for someone like him to have such a disturbing power, so it's easy not to think about it.

Iky can not only control corpses he can change his body. We only ever see him change it into a gun and bullets so I don't know if that's a restriction or just what he likes to do. But where did Iky get the Flea Bullets from? Where they that dead guys?

I think part of the reason we see the king play these games is to show how quickly he learns and develops when compared to humans. What would take a normal human months or even years to master, essentially takes the king a matter of days. So the same principle can be applied to his relationship with Kumugi. Their relationship has progressed much faster than would normally due to both his and her qualities.
