Same for me! This show, as well as The Wire, are still on my list. I tend to watch a lot of shows as audiobooks with a very small window somewhere in the corner and then only start watching them attentively when I'm hooked. And my audiobook version is always in German so it doesn't interfere with my English work (works surprisingly well for me to run two languages in parallel). Unfortunately, the German version of The Wire is on a streaming service that I don't have. And at the moment I'm too busy watching the show attentively in English in the evenings or at weekends. :(

I always like to have something on on the side, which gives me a large workload of shows, although I only catch the gist of most of them. If a show piques my interest, I like to watch it more closely in the evening or at the weekend or start a rewatch to catch details from the beginning. 😅
