If you're on a PC, right click the reaction video and then click on inspect. Then go to the console tab in the new window that popped up and copy paste this into it: document.querySelector('video').playbackRate = 0.95910 Now it should stay in sync. If you're on mobile I don't know how it can be fixed.

Fun fact: Last episode we had a cameo from a former Mayor of Baltimore, Kurt Schmoke He famously advocated for decriminalization of drug use (in the 90s!) He talks to Mayor Royce about Hamsterdam suggesting he’ll be described as “the most dangerous man in America” which is the title the media gave HIM when he lobbied for drug legalization https://www.governing.com/archive/states-forced-to-deal-with-new-heroin-problems.html Man wanted to turn the “criminal Justice war on drugs into a public health war”, advocating for a clean needle exchange program. He lays it all out in his quote in the article describing how his proposals would have reduced the number of incarcerated people in the country as well as preventing them from having any kind of criminal record

LM is located in Serbia. We in Europe have 25fps on a lot of media (HBO). I think the US have 24fps. So it will drift 1fps over time. I tend to have the problem in revers when i watch reactors based in the USA. that my content is faster then the reactor.

Long live Hamsterdam! I'm glad the two of you weren't swayed by the bullshit Carcetti was throwing. His speech was nothing but buzzwords around the notion that "we'd be going back to the status quo." He witnessed first-hand how Hamsterdam was good for Western district yet crushed it under the weight of his own ambition, although he did give a good thought for 5 minutes. This reaction of seeing right through Carcetti's bullshit is what I've missed from other reactors of the show. They take what he said at face value without actually thinking about it and cheered on him as some kind of a messiah.
