Dreaming of the day Don get's banne. Every episode there's several people who consistently leave interesting comments but any discussion get's derailed before it even has a chance to start.

Why do you want me to get banned? tf? I'm just repeating what some other people are saying but you want me to get banned? What did I do to you?

Man, imagine having such a sad life you get fulfillment out of spamming troll comments and starting arguments on patreon posts. Sounds like someone needs to go out and literally touch grass for a while.

We don't give enough credit to Wood Harris (Avon Barksdale) for his acting in this show and I LOVED how you girls pointed out his attitude change and body language shift when it comes to Stringer. Avon is very much trying to convince himself that he can still work with Stringer, a part of him will always look at Stringer and see his brother and that's why he is forcing himself to continue on, even though you can literally see and feel how uneasy it is for him. It also doesn't help that Stringer is literally undermining EVERYTHING that Avon stands for and not having a care at all while doing it just because he believes his way is better. And yet, Avon continues to have loyalty toward Stringer, that's why I will always side with Avon over String, you ladies are right, Avon is all heart and always has been. A part of me always felt that if Omar had gotten a chance to talk to Avon instead of String in the first two seasons, this beef wouldn't have lasted as long because to me Avon and Omar hold a lot of the same values, as demonstrated in this episode with the Sunday morning truce, whereas String doesn't. It sucks that in this episode String's actions gave off a negative perception of Avon because they are partners, but it's these little things and the Brother Mouzone situation that just shows that in this life, Avon is the more "honorable" for lack of a better term.

Ain't none of y'all been on the internet long enough to know that trolls want the attention? 🤔 If everyone just ignores him he'll disappear 😅 Anyways, it's so typical that the time we get two episodes of The Wire dropped is exactly the time when I won't be able to watch for a day or two. Infuriating, as I love for these reactions. But I had to poke my head in to say hi now that you've reached the Stringer-Avon/Prez storylines. In the comments above, Damien mentioned that Lola said something during the season 1 reactions that he's waited for a long time to bring up. Once you make headway into season 4, there's definitely something Lola said (and I'm pretty sure Milena too) that is very relevant. Emotionally and socially conscious as always during the reviews. Love to see it 👌

Appreciate you highlighting Wood Harris, I love any scene he’s in with one of Avon’s family members (especially that scene with his brother) Love how he pulls a level of humor and playfulness out of Avon while still bringing it home with any emotional scene. The slow zoom in on his face with his final moment seeing Dee alive (Dee refusing to associate with him anymore) always hurts His conversation with Cutty also just kills me, it really feels like Avon is in so deep that he had trouble considering living a life outside of crime

Hahaha, The gRandma culture in Serbia is a random by product of You guys and The Wire being a great combo.
