Troupe sounds like troop. Like a soldier is correct. For some reason a lot of reactors say Troupe like Trope. No idea why.

If you guys decide to watch more than one episode of Hunter x Hunter a day that would make me so happy. Hunter x Hunter is a great show but I think it's better to watch at LEAST 3 episodes in a sitting. One is torture. Lol.

These fights on the arena are way different from the fights in the first arc of the show, that's why I like HxH, it starts very simple, and it becomes complex and deep very gradually in many aspects. This show is a crescendo, it only gets better.

6:34 don't worry about pronunciation of word "troupe" . There are so many accents in English language. British, American, Australian, Italian, indian, Mexican etc. None is the "best" or the "correct" way to pronounce a word. In fact English itself has borrowed words from Latin, French, hindi, Norse(vinland saga is based in such period) and many britishers do not pronounce the borrowed words "correctly" as the natives do. people from different regions of the world also spell words differently. Language is for communication and as long as we understand each other it's fine. How we pronounce Troop /troupe... Does not matter... We're not lawyers.

While your sentiment is correct, there is a right and wrong here. The word 'troupe' in this context is pronounced 'troop' in British and American English not 'trope'.

Language is construct. It is something that we have created and and agreed upon among ourselves. It is not a law of physics, that is absolute, that cannot be negotiated with, that we can never go against. When you say pronouncing something is *correct" it is only backed by social consensus and nothing more. It doesn't matter how we pronounce it. As long as sayers and listeners understand the meaning and intent behind the word it's fine since this is no class and no one is gonna get graded.

But as you say, there is a social consensus so that is the correct way to pronounce it. If I say the word police as 'poll-less' you'd probably understand what I meant but it would just be wrong in English to pronounce it like that.

Here's the thing... if you watch five episodes in a day, you have to post 5 episodes, at least for your patreon. I recommend just making them long reactions with the review after all the episodes for that video. Maybe smoke a bowl, order a pizza, make a night out of it.
