Jesse James was an American outlaw in the 19th century. He came from the South, Missouri I believe, and had deep poverty in his family linked to post Civil War economic hardships, so he took action into his own hands and began to break the law in order to make money. He was pretty good at it too! He was so good actually that he became the head of the notorious James-Younger Gang and people looked up to him. Sounds familiar right? Here's the interesting part about James; he's been dramatized and made into a folklore figure in the US. Sometimes he's even given the attributes of a "Robin Hood" type character, a "take from the rich and give to the poor" type person, but there's absolutely no proof that Jesse James nor his gang were charitable with their stolen loot other than their immediate family and basically paying to keep their criminal network going... "Just cuz you shot Jesse James, don't make ya Jesse James"

In my humble opinion, I think you two do a great job reading the situations, but now is harder too be able to see the whole picture in every scenario. so, keep your eyes open to every possible angle, for example, how also was wrong from Mike not tell Walt and Jesse about the 9 guys they have to pay, because affects them, and they have the right to know, and prepare for "loosing" this money.

Eh, I say she can have her own opinion. Part of the fun of watching reactors is to see how they view the characters, and how their opinions of them change as the show goes on.

I feel like this has always been Walt’s personality, and you can see glimpses of it in the early seasons, but he didn’t have the confidence to fully show it. Killing Gus made him feel invincible though, and now he just acts however he wants.

lovely reaction as always girls. a little recommendation is just to read the episode's name before watching the episode. each have a hidden meaning behind it and actually make you thrilled before going into the episode. also, it gives much perspective after watching the episode. cheers :"D

I think you're being very perceptive when you mention that it wasn't the money that went to paying Mike's guys but rather the fact that they had no choice in the matter deeply offended Walt. After all we saw how he didn't even bother taking a vote on their new method of cooking and now to have the tables turned on him infuriated Walt.

I think the scene with Brock and Walt on the couch is really chilling. Obviously, it is open to interpretation; but, to me, it says something really scary about Walt. That look that Brock gives Walt tells me that he knows. He knows that Walt poisoned him, and he is scared of him. If Walt just slipped Brock the berries in his food or something without Brock knowing, it wouldn't really make sense for him to be actively scared of Walter. So how did Walt get him to eat the berries and get him to keep quiet about it? I think that scene says that Walt not only poisoned a child, but manipulated and maybe even threatened him to get him to eat the berries. In that moment that Walt and Brock are on the couch, Brock gives him the little sideways look, and Walt knows that Brock knows and that Brock and Andrea need to be out of Jesse's life. Because if Jesse ever finds out about that, Walt knows he will lose Jesse.

they are not « losing » this money. they already agreed that mike is the one who’s handling business. they went to mike for that exact reason asked him to handle business while they take care of cooking. he’s the one who’s connected. it’s obvious why he is making that decision on a street level just like on an emotional level, when you work with some people and you do dirt together you don’t just kill them and leave their families to bleed if you have the means to you better support them. them people in jail they’re their soldiers wether they like it or not, so i understand at this point the frustration with walt’s way of thinking people are just disposable like there’s not somewhat of a code to what he’s doing. plus it’s not helping that he’s greedy asf expecting the same amount of money that they were doing with mr 20 years in the business (fring), he’s delusional

Wow. Never considered this but this makes way too much sense. Which makes the whole situation and writing even more incredible and disgusting as far as Walt's concerned.
