Love this. Was watching the end of this episode with a grin on my face lol. As for an episode without cliffhangers, yeah, not happening. This is the show where you want to hit next asap. Anyways, looking forward to the rest of the series.

Right here yo, been here since the beginning. I'm actually glad it's taken this long, this show has had some intense impacts on me emotionally and it almost felt like it has come out at the exact pace I needed it. Such an insane journey.

Hey, always love new reactions to this show. You might have seen other people mention this in passing, but basically there are some episodes to watch in between seasons, called OVAs. While some are useful for additional content, in truth there is only one that is directly from the source material, and it's called "Ilse's Notebook", to be watched after Season 1 and before Season 2. It's a single episode and has some key phrases to build intrigue. Also, in the final episode of season 1 -- Episode 25 -- the information screen in the middle of the episode is very important, so I would recommend reading it at least once, no need to study it or anything but you will get something out of it. There is another OVA that can be watched after Season 1, that is two episodes long, and is called "No Regrets". Most people consider it canon, but it isn't from the source material the rest of the anime is adapted from, but a different source material. So it's up to you. (Most people would recommend watching it, I personally am not a fan of it and don't think it's necessary but that's just my personal taste).
