hmm i think its more of a which flavor do you like better situation. the one without long strands looks cleaner, but the one with adds more attention to the hair in general. i think the strands one would be better if the hair in the back was also kind of flowing the same direction as if being blown by wind. otherwise the one without strands looks cleaner overall.
