I almost can't believe the patience you had to wait that long to watch the opening one of my fav songs really hooked on the chorus on the last go around just feels so heartfelt really embodies OP

Yeah it's always hard, but I would rather wait and not get spoiled. Although like I said in the intro I did hear the snippet of the song when it first came out. I just thought it felt odd for where we were in the story, but the visuals in this opening are sooo beautiful

No I get that I like going in blind and openings are rarely spoiler free so i try to skip, but after so many episodes of OP I myself end up hearing it every once in a while when I'm really diggin the music (Kinda like that fire Hellsparadise OP and don't even get me started on the chainsawman OP legendary

I never thought that this episode was that bad with spoilers. The only things it showed early was Who's Who, Sasaki, and Black Maria's transformations and Kaido's hybrid form. Knowing the Tobbi Roppo powers doesn't really spoil a surprise since they are not treated as huge secrets or a surprise plus they were revealed within a few episodes. Kaido's hybrid form is also something people could figure out beforehand since they already knew Kaido's normal form and dragon form. It's not like this is like the past openings that showed Robin joining the Straw Hats, Fujitora as an Admiral, Luffy using Gear 2. Those were all big surprises. This one I felt was pretty safe.

I always watch the openings and in the last 10 years they never really spoiled me. Some of them have obvious spoilers, but it goes so fast that I don't even register what's going on, and it seems like it's just some artistic visual that goes along with the music.

Spoiling the reveal of second Gear is just as bad imo. As well as some others. They don't give a crap about people that don't read the manga.
