Sorry about the wait for the build. The thing that has yet to be finished, which I've been really like... dragging my corpse across the floor to finish, is the dialogue. Its very sad dialogue, and it doesn't help that I'm currently at a very low emotional point when I'm writing it. I'm exhausted, I'm wondering why I'm doing things, I wonder if what I do even matters.  It'll be out soon, this weekend, most likely. I just don't want to rush to kill myself like I did the first two months of working on the Unity build. All those things like a leveling system or enemy mechanics and all the things you take for granted in a game, those take time to build from scratch.

Sounds like you're hitting some bad burnout. Don't try and power through. Take a break, enjoy some time off work, and come back when you feel better. Trying to power through will just end up with you hating everything you once loved, and an abandoned game.

What you do matters. We love what you do and I have a lot of respect for your commitment and your effort. But please take a break! I have been through some severe burnout, don't let that happen to you.

Thank you for this work), it's an interesting script and a great idea that I'm interested in playing, but the story needs to be finished if you started telling it

and yes, the break is really important so that what we did was Creativity and not what you Must to do for some unknown reason

Dude, You're one of the most consistent and hardworking patreons around. Don't feel like you have to perform. Your mental wellbeing is as much an asset as your art and code. I know it can be hard to get out of a low place, but you've definitely earned yourself as much grace time as you need. No one will complain if you take some time off to recharge and rest. We're behind you 100%.
