When I did not practice for a period of time, my memory of various images will be a little blurry.

Perhaps it would be better to try re-analyzing the structures, then draw again from memory without reference?

So, I use my own way to simplify and omit some of the muscles that are not often required to be drawn.


Some notes, points:

1. When the palm of your hand is up, the outer bone of the elbow is connected to thumb, the middle bone of the elbow is connected to pinky, so behind the pinky the wrist will have a raised bump.

2. When the palm of your hand is up, the inner elbow will be raised by the coronoid process. It connects to the pronator teres (dark red).

3. There is the brachialis (light purple) between the biceps brachii (pink) and the triceps brachii (Indigo blue).

4. Between the brachialis and the triceps brachii is the brachioradialis, which is connected to thumb.

5. The deltoid goes between the brachialis and the biceps brachii.

 

只要一段時間沒練習,記憶中的影像就會常常變得稍微模糊。

或許重新分析結構後,不參考憑記憶多畫幾次會是較好的方法?

所以,我用自己的方式簡化刪除些平常不太需要畫出來的肌肉。


一些筆記、要點:

1. 掌心向上時,肘外側的骨頭連至拇指,中間的骨頭連至小指,

所以在小指後側的手腕處會有稍微的凸起。

2. 掌心向上時,肘內側因冠突凸起,同時連接著旋前圓肌(深紅色)。

3. 肱肌(亮紫色)位於肱二頭肌(粉紅色)與肱三頭肌(靛藍色)之間 

4. 肱橈肌位於肱肌與肱三頭肌之間,並連接到大拇指

5. 三頭肌會收到肱肌與肱二頭肌之間
