Hey hey Patrons!

Well, this is the fuckin' way!

Honestly, after the other Pedro Depression Death March Show, even though this episode was goofy af and kinda spins it's wheels a touch, this was the perfect lil' hit of serotonin the bar seemed to need!

Did anyone think at first that the big GatorBoi was actually PART OF the Mando initiation?

Bo Katan is clearly in her Chicago Winter Depression Era.

This new Swamp-Thing Pirate guy is fucking ridiculous and we love it!

And Grogu hanging with 4 mechanic Anzellans aka a buncha Babu Friks is something we could watch literally all day!

Godamn, it’s hard not to compare this to The Last of Us!

Unfortunately I found this episode pretty bad. While gurgu was fun as always, the pacing was all over the place and there were so many logical inconsistencies that it felt like the writing was rather lazy. I guess I just got spoiled on Andor having great writing that this felt like such a step back. Though many others suggested looking at the bad batch episode that came out the same week and I concur with many that it was much better written and paced.

Idk, I liked it. The Mandalorian is the most fun for me when it's just Mando and Grogu going on quests together, and this episode had a lot of that. Andor having great and serious dramatic writing doesn't need to be the norm for Star Wars, it usually isn't taking itself that seriously. I like some cheese in there.

My issue isn't the tone. It can have a less serious tone and still have descent writing that isn't full of holes.

It was not the best of the Mando episodes but I did like it. There was a major Easter egg in this one for an upcoming plot line so I did enjoy the episode overall.

I liked it. But then, I usually do 😂
