Hey Hey Patrons,

Back again for our fourth installment of Rings of Power- we definitely dug a lot of the developments from this ep!

Starting strong with Adar AKA Uncle Daddy Benjen Stark, which will definitely be a cool storyline to follow!

Millie missed the Harfoots/Stranger, but we were both left feeling really good about the characters we did check in with- more specifically, Elrond and Durin. Good old dwarf content.... and MITHRIL ! need we say more?

And who can say no to a slow motion-woodland orc fight?

Amongst some scheming from Míriel and Galadriel, we get some palantír action! Plus, wow I guess that whole procession really *was* for show?

Still many more questions at this point and ready to see where our story is going!

Thanks for hangin as always and keeping us company during this epic season of content!

I liked the ominous ending but man, this show is really starting to slow down and lose momentum. HotD feels continuous and complex but the pacing of this show is starting to grate on me lol

yeah the show is like 50% done and the plot has barely moved forward, if at all really, like what we are actually doing? where is this going? because so far this is just people arguing and talking, mostly about sauron or whatever but not actually havin a plan about any of it

I'm getting impatient and finding myself watching and sort of just waiting for something big to happen to escalate and drive the story. It's honestly getting a bit boring watching Elrond shadow Durin and Galadriel have a tour of Numenor. We don't even see the Harfoots (arguably the most interesting development so far) and we're watching Isildur's sister do her apprenticeship, riveting stuff lol

Pharazon be like “Stand back and stand by!”

This is a show that's definitely making a choice to take it slow, and I can understand that turning people off of it. The series is working for me, I'm really enjoying it overall, but that's because I'm finding the settings, style, and production quality of it captivating enough to keep me interested despite the pacing.
