Hey hey Patrons!

We made to the end and HOLY LORD what a finale to what will probably be seen as an absolutely legendary show!

With so much emotional complexity, jaw-dropping set-pieces, and incredible vocal performances it's hard to know where to begin with this ending other than - Wow.

Vi retaking The Last Drop is so satisfying.

The dinner table ultimatum scene is one of the most intense scenes we've ever shot.

And Morgan, the Chaos Queen herself, keeps it 100 and insists that #JinxDidNothingWrong to hilariously frustrating effect on Sean!

Also.... RIP to one of the realest ones. Silco will go down as one of the best villains of the decade and he will be missed!

AND FURTHERMORE, DO WE THINK JAYCE, VICTOR AND MEL SURVIVE?!?!

Follow this exclusive link to hang!

Thank you so much to all of yall who came on to check out our Arcane coverage! What should we do next?!?

We got Witcher S2 dropping tomorrow, with Shitty Movie Nights our PRL selections from this last month!

xoxo,

I'm probably older than you folks by about 2 decades and I'm also not a big fan of Imagine Dragons. My first exposure to them was via a Lindsey Stirling cover of one of their songs. When I finally heard the original, I was a little confused in that the cover sounded so much better to me. Anyways, it seems Imagine Dragons has a history with Riot Games and they were tapped early on in production to create the theme song.

Thematically, Jinx blowing up the council is such a perfect ending. The council are the ones responsible for the situation within the undercity and Jinx was created within that environment. It is their own actions finally coming back to haunt them. The council may be trying to act now, but the problem is that they are acting too late. You can't just neglect things and then try to act at the last minute, it just doesn't work.

I love that the show always plays with a lot of the tropes that we've come to expect.Like you guys, I thought they were going to set up a Jayce vs. Viktor divide with Jayce going the golden boy and Viktor being in the shadows. But they didn't, they were able to final balance their differences in approach and them still genuinely being friends. Same with Silco, we expected him to be truly ruthless in pursuit of his goals, but in the end, the love he had for Jinx as a daughter was real. The whole "we thought Caitlyn's head would be in the platter" was a small example of them playing our familiarity with the tropes to great effect. I love it!

I'm not saying I'm with Morg or not. (I'm honesty conflicted) but I watched a Youtube video on Silco and it honestly made me consider the options that Silco felt he had available to him. Let's be clear, Silco went down the path he did because he FELT it was the only option available. "Silco actions and motivations | Terrorism is the poor man's war " https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqqxjwWyr6U Obviously a divisive title, but I think the guy has some legit points to back up what Morg was saying.

Also I think it's great you guys gave this show the chance you did, despite some things not rubbing you the right way. I especially commend Sean for deliberately going out of his way on several occasions to make sure the point of a scene or character got through. Really recommend a second viewing, the earlier episodes just hit different. It's incredible how much the various episodes compliment each other, from back to front and front to back.

Thanks for the ride! Felt like watching together with friends except I don't have any that share an interest for league or this type of show. I recommend that you react to the Legend of Vox Machina which recently came out on Amazon Prime Video. Think it's right up your alley, dark humor, cool fight scenes and stellar voice acting and animation. Still definitely more lighthearted than Arcane cause damn shit's heavy. Would love to share some more laughs with you guys. Swim easy and greetings from Sweden!

This show had so many refreshing character interactions. I can't remember the last time a show gave me so many intriguing and new people to learn about. Mel and her mother, Sevika and Silco, Heimerdinger and Ekko, it was all so compelling.

I'd love to see you guys tackle Genndy Tartakovsky's PRIMAL! It's only 10 episodes so far but it's a really cool and unique adult animated show.
