Reward Claim Deadline And Banking (Patreon)

In the future I'm going to require anyone claiming a reward to claim it within the first 2 weeks of a month, as Its hard to keep track of how much work I have to do when stuff is spaced out throughout the entire month as it is. Unless you can give a decent enough reason for missing this deadline, your reward will be forfeited. New patrons won't be applying to this since they get charged when they join.

As well as this, I'll be locking off Banking rewards only to 1 month of banking. People who currently Have that many pics banked / I owed pics to still obviously won't be effected by this yet
