Hello Frog Frotteurs, Fornicators, and Heavenly Froggos! We present to you a new dev build of Oh So Hero!

Download Oh So Hero! v0.19.100:

NOTE: If you are using the option for Linux & Win32 Builds, please do not download all the builds via the "Download" button in the top corner of the screen. Select and download only the individual build you need for your operating system.

Build changelog:

Here are the changes made since the last patron release (v0.19.000)...

New features:

  • New multigrab animations: Signal+Signal and Stier+Stier
    - These dudes can be encountered in Lood City.
  • Three (3) new animations for Haya!
    - Haya can be found in Hiroto Dojo, and he also has a new grab move.
  • New NPC: Koji!
    - This Daku NPC can be found in Ali's Surf Shack. He will be relocated and provided dialogue in a future update.
  • New 3D models for all collectible items.

Improvements & bug fixes:

  • Fixed doors transitioning to wrong checkpoints (and related autosave issues).
  • Fixed enemy AI when pausing the game.
  • Fixed Haya's AI and added his grab move.
  • Made tweaks to all gameplay environments, including Hiroto Dojo and Lood City.
  • Fixed the missing impact sound effect for Joe's butt stomp.
  • Added new staff to the Credits.
  • And even more fixes that are too trivial to list!

Known issues:

  • Koji's animation spawns a barstool under Joe. This is not spawned/positioned correctly when viewing it in the Gallery. A fix is forthcoming.
  • Some areas of gameplay may have new issues with the camera, player collision, or enemy AI activation since we have migrated to new level design tools. We'll be working to iron out these issues and make other long-needed fixes over the coming updates.

Other notes:

  • We still need more time to address the issue with the false positive virus reports. Our previous Windows build was made on a machine running Windows 11 (to the best of my knowledge), so I went back to our standard dev machine running Windows 10. Hopefully this will mitigate the issue until we have time to set up Extended Validation Code Signing.

Ket's Update:

Thanks for your patience on this update. We're finally releasing the content mentioned in our recent development preview.

Red's been hard at work on new animations that you can enjoy in this update. He also designed a new Daku NPC named Koji that Arty Qsiti helped to animate. With luck and some time, we'll be able to have Arty handle NPCs going forward while Red focuses on the big stuff like Bates.

Trooper and Kiseff are working on new 3D environments that I hope to have implemented in the coming months, and this will include a new music track by Cilantro! It's exciting to see it all come together. =}

As for me, I have created new level design tools that will speed up development of new gameplay areas. There's still more work to be done, but I have completely retrofitted existing areas to work with these tools, so management should be easier going forward. I also added the ability to spawn VFX and objects during animations. This will open up new possibilities for the future!

Red's Update:

Hey guys. Hope y'all are doing well.

Signal+Signal is complete as well as Stier+Stier, but Stier+Signal will be completed hopefully by the end of the month.

I know other things probably have bigger priority for the future, but are there any plans to eventually be able to trigger threesome animations on your own terms? Right now all the threesome animations are "against" you, as in, they drain your health, and they'll even start if you're in an animation that "beats" another enemy. This is pretty easily countered by just taking care of the second enemy first before triggering your own animation, and it's fun to find animation combos that give you enough time to take both of them one after the other. It'd be pretty nice to be able to trigger your own threesome by maybe, I dunno, triggering an animation while another enemy is also seduced close by, or maybe when certain enemies join your animation, they let you take advantage of them too. Maybe while you're giving a footjob to a Daku, another Daku lets you finger him at the same time or something.. Just a random idea, keep doing what you're doing

I was thinking the same thing, what if there was a threesome with the npcs? like not all npcs, but those who had "contact" or who stayed in areas that have enemies.
