"I-I'm coming, ngh, ngh!" said the fat elf with a smile, as she headed towards the chair, coffee in hand.

③「ふーっふーっ、特注の服、なんとか、ふー、着れましたよ～」

たわわな体を布に収めたその様子は、服を着たというより脂肪を詰め込んだ袋。体をぶよぶよ振るわせながら息を切らして笑顔でこちらに来る様子を見て、つい痩せてた時の同じ服装のエルフを思い出すご主人様だった。

"Huff, huf, yay, I managed to, huff, put on my custom-made clothes, somehow!"

The way that she tucked her flabby body into her clothes made her outfit look kind of like a bag stuffed with blubber, 

rather than normal clothes. When he saw her jiggling, wobbling body, and the way she was out of breath as she smiled at him,

he remembered the elf wearing that same outfit back when she was skinny.
