Probably it was a bad idea to make threesome scene in closed interior. Render time increased to 40 hours  and it did not look better.

Anyway long hair Mercy and POV versions will be.

GPU or CPU rendering?

What is your render time normally? because there is no way it should be taking 40 hours to render 15 seconds of video unless something is majorly wrong. Hell... you can send me the project files and I will render them for you if your normal render time is over like 5 hours

Normally 3 min per frame (10-20hours) this scene 6.5min per frame. In this case I think the problem is in lighting. I already made scenes and animations more difficult and they rendered faster. And I dont use Blender so it's unlikely that sending the scene will help. I redo the scenes as it was in the animation with Kieran - action and background separately.

Ah, well I am pretty sure I could figure out how to render stuff in SFM if I needed to. The offer is on the table if you want help with rendering. Those render times still seem pretty long. You might want to make sure you are using your GPU to render instead of your CPU.

I use Maya and my render engine don't have CPU support, so the problem is more likely in the incorrect lighting.
