I'm going out of town on a combination business trip slash vacation starting on Saturday, so I have been cramming to get videos posted to cover the gaps. In theory, I could edit on my laptop, but ugggghhhhn no. Here's a patrons-only sneak peak at what's coming up. Bear in mind that the videos are shown in the order I uploaded them, not the order of release. Check the right-hand column for the release date.

"How much vibration is normal" was cancelled or just uploaded later? I seem to be getting quite a bist of vibration on the bench props off at 3/4 throttle and I'm curious to see how much is too much

I seem to have re-ordered the list at some point. That video is now scheduled for the 28th. In the mean time, try this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DW3VTKbFmrI In general, my guideline is that less that 0.03 on all three axes with props off is excellent. Basically a brand new motor with perfect balance. And less than 0.1 on all three axes with props off is still pretty good. More than 0.3 on any axis with props off is concerning and could have effects on tuning and handling, but I have flown with vibration as bad as 1.0 to 3.0 on all axes and still had okay results, as long as I reduced D gain and added vibration damping to the copter.
