The pink pills were "Strawberry TEA" and it WAS PCP! But it was marketed in the 70s as "synthetic THC", thus somehow connecting it to the safer cannabis! It was mixed with cannabis to "boost" it. "Angel dust" is identical to "monkey Tranquilizer" all PCP versions. They ran about a buck in 1970. Within a year or two everyone knew this wasn't some laboratory version of a cannabis extract but really a nasty chemical created to knock out Vietcong. No one since the late 70s refers to PCP as "THC" as “Tab Tea"...or “chrystal Tea" ..seems like branding played a role in that period and drug users call it whatever it really is today.
