April update #1 and poll (Patreon)

hi :D 

sorry for the big delay, i'm still helping my grandma, and i don't think that will change soon, after the accident she had a few days later she had another accident at night and this time no one was there to help her, so my uncles and i took the desition to stay to sleep with her to take care of her, she is fine but she can't be alone anymore, so the days i'll be taking care of her are saturday and sunday and some hours in the afternoon from monday to friday, will be a complicated times for me but i'll try my best to give you lewds XD

anyway, i added some drawings to the folder so i hope you like them :D
