I wanted to tell that I’ll take a couple days off and reply the private messages a bit later, the commission and Patreon work will also be continued then ^^

Now I’ll explain this, but please no pity or anything, it’s not a complaint but rather a warning about a thing that can happen to anyone and what you should do! :)

So, the story: I had a sudden hypertensive crisis yesterday for no reason - I’m still young, I visit fitness classes regularly, I eat healthy food, I have never had any blood pressure/heart/vein problems before and I felt fine until 3 pm yesterday! But after a quick check the ambulance guys were seriously worried and suddenly grabbed me to deliver to an intensive care unit in a nearest hospital as quick as it was possible! And I didn’t even had an insurance, “C’mon, what can happen to me?” - I thought xD It took them a few hours to reduce the pressure and pulse, and seems like there’s no danger anymore, just annoying weakness. So I simply need a couple days off and I’m fine I think :) I still have no idea why that happened - most likely all the everyday stress hit me that hard, but I’m not sure.

Now I’ll describe some information about the case so you know what to do if you have same problem! Usually sudden pressure peaks cause these symptoms: head and heart aches, nausea, your face gets red and you start seeing black moving dots everywhere. I had none of this! Instead, I felt strong dizziness, it was hard to breathe and even to think, I was shaking like I was cold (while I did not feel cold). I thought it might be a heart problem and called ambulance. They discovered that my blood pressure was 150/100 (normally mine is 110/60), pulse around 140 and something wrong with oxygen in my blood + a bad ecg. Of course I received some pills right away but it wasn’t enough and I had to be placed to the intensive care unit asap. Later I figured out that those crisis are so dangerous because they often lead to strokes, heart attacks and kidney failures that can lead to death! Uh! But seems like I called ambulance in time and they did their best! :) Awesome!

Moral:

- always have an insurance if medicine isn’t free in your country or if you live outside, even if you have no health problems

- have a tonometer, thermometer and various pills in your house (that can quickly reduce your blood pressure and pulse, painkillers, also something against intoxications, high temperature, something to stop bleeding is also great), even if you have no health problems

- don’t be afraid to call doctors and be hospitalised if you feel wrong!

Now I’ll be resting, thank you for your attention ^^

Glad to hear that you are okay. Please take the time you need to recover. Stress is no joke. My sister was very healthy when she had her heart attack. She was a teacher and the stress from that position overwhelmed her. This was several years ago and she is well now. Please take care of yourself.
