Sneak Peak: Snakefolk Temples, Dinosaurs, Zombies & More! (Patreon)

The image below isnt really new as such, its the one pack I didn't finish from last time. But as someone pointed out, when you think of dinosaurs, you don't tend to think small.. s set up and ready for final touches.

Something that may not come across very well with just images and It might seem odd at first glance, but sometimes people ask why not do one thing at a time and finish a pack all at once?

Well its part of my own process to finish off the line work ahead of time and then leave it for a few days or longer. Doing the posing and line detail requires extensive work with references and research and that can be pretty draining. Approaching the color stage is a good way for me to stay fresh and not cut corners just to "get it done".

Anywho!

Below is a pack ready for color! A whole bunch of lovely zombies! A few inspirations here for some different IP's! :D

Moving onto some of the next texture and asset pack work, I've made some snakefolk textures, with a lovely Mayan, Aztec influence, plus some of the initial work for the next asset pack is included in the post image!

So with that in mind... Here's an upscaled T-Rex and brand new Carnosaur! You can see in the second image the difference between the old one and the new one, not to mention I fixed the pose! 

Finally, as many people on the planet right now, I have delved into Baldurs Gate 3 just a tad... Ive actually only played the first tutorial bit so far and I'm waiting to play with a group before going any further! However it has been an amazing source of references (The character builder alone is amazing to me) and ideas and I couldn't resist adding something related to my ongoing work to create mix and match characters..  

These lovely brain sucking Ichthids just need some majestic/creepy clothing and weapons and they should be good to go!

On a personal note I've got some traveling to do this month for a few days in late September to get the final things I need for living in Greece! After that I should be all good!

Its also my birthday on the 28th so I might take a few days off to play Baldurs Gate 3 hehe
