HenchWench: Lord Marmaduke Ffogg (Patreon)

I included probably half a dozen Batman 66 villains in the original poll. I didn't really expect them to win but included them at the suggestion of another. Surprisingly Ffogg was an early leader and settled in 6th place overall, tied with another TV villain I'll post at some point in the future. I have to imagine the idea for the transformation is what made people vote for it rather than the villain?

So for those unfamiliar Lord Ffogg is from a few episodes where Batman goes to London and ends up doing battle with the headmaster of a ladies' finishing school, his wife, and his cabal of evil little ladies. Robin also has a weird sorta romance with the main girl. I decided not to overcomplicate the transformation on this one given the obscure villain and instead stuck with the idea as I imagine most people expected it to turn out.
