Hello everyone.  What an exciting week for Defunctland.  The Youtube Channel that started it all has passed 1 million subscribers and we’re filling out the rest of this month with three great nights of fun.

Tonight at 10pm EST, join us in the discord for the Defunctland Official Monthly Meeting.  After our general welcome, we’ll be talking about the latest episode at the Defunctland Dinner Party, so bring any questions you might have for Kevin about the episode.  Also, bring any defunct foods or beverages you want to consume and/or share memories about.  Share recipes too if you have them.

After that,  we’ll celebrate hitting the big million by taking a look back at how we got here. 150 videos deep and Defunctland is just getting started.  Let’s celebrate with polls, videos and special guests.

Then we’ll journey to the now-defunct “Jurrasic Park: The Ride” from Universal Studios.  The ride has been rethemed to match its franchise evolution but the original will always hold a place in the hearts of those who rode it.  Let’s take a trip back to the dinosaurs and ride the movie.

Lastly tonight, we’ll check out the latest short film from Matthew Serrano, “Grace Swallowed her Phone”.  Matthew has applied to the Disney+ Filmmaker program so let’s see how that’s going for him.  I maybe heard something about him getting to direct an “Armadillo” movie or possibly the new Star Wars series “The Womandalorian”.

Tomorrow, Defunctland Guests and above can join us for Game Night in the Discord.  For those who haven’t joined us for a game night before, they’re usually made so everyone in the discord “game-night” text and voice chats can participate in some way. Games are usually themed to recent Defunctland videos. For our June 29th Game Night, you’ll get the chance to be a Defunctcher who solves puzzles and hunts for clues about the DefunctTV series “Fetch with Ruff Ruffman”.  Who will win?  Who knows?  Will there be prizes? Perhaps whitewater rafting trips for all?

Wednesday, June 30th, Platinum Passholders and Vacation Club members, come hang out with Kevin Perjurer in the VIP voice and text chats.  Do you have a question for him?  Opinions on the Handwich episode? Maybe he’ll do a face reveal. Probably not, but at least he showed everyone his hands in that last video. It’s just a casual hangout so come and have some fun to finish up the month.

Please note: While the appearance of Kevin Perjurer at the meetings is probable, I honestly haven’t seen much of him since he was sucked into the void at the end of the Handwich episode.  I’m sure he’ll have phone reception in the void if he’s still missing.
