I recognized the problem with the current survey from a Patron's comment.

So I'd like to add a rule for the illustration survey.

Illustration Survey Rules

-You can leave one name of character on a comment.

-If you reapply for a character who failed in the last poll, the character will add up half of the votes earned in the last poll to the new poll.

-Characters who won first place in the last vote cannot be applied.

You should leave a comment on the next survey if you want.

This rule is made because of the fairness of characters who continue to be added to the voting list but do not get a chance.
