Note that these suggestions serve as concepts more than literal scene-by-scene scripts for the final animations—while I will adhere to the winning concept, expect me to change things around so they make more sense in an animation format. Also expect anything hyperpregnancy or double-belly pregnancy to be the in Deluxe part, irrespective of what the story suggestion may say. And also don't expect multiple characters to star, or if they do, they will have limited screen time. I can only draw so much!

From now on, for polls open to all patrons, I will post the poll four times (1 for each set of tiers: $1-5, $8-10, $12-15, $16-20) and you simply vote in all the polls you are eligible to vote in. Then, I will tally up (using a spreadsheet) all votes from all the polls. This way, EVERYONE'S higher tier votes will be counted. So let's see how this works out!

Branded—Centora gets one of those womb tattoos as a fashion statement but it's magical so that any time she feels love for the Mc it adds a baby to her. Being a centaur though it adds it to the horse half. Normally the tattoo only adds one baby per pregnancy , but being in a house so saturated with monster girls and being one herself causes the tattoo to recharge to add one baby per 2 weeks instead. The tattoo also makes the owner thicker and milkier per baby to add to the MILF look after pregnancy, which also increases depending on the amount of babies. In short, super-fetation from a magic womb tattoo with her butt and boobs growing. 

Sudden Arrival—Miia's mother has sent her a package when she open it and read the letter that she and other lamia's have made a device that can make a her pregnant with Kimihito's child and to use the device to to win Kimihito's heart and she got this idea from a movie after she accidently read the letter out loud some of the other monster girls in the house try to take the chance to use it while they are fighting centora has returned from a grocery shopping trip as she come through the door the device activates and it hit her and brakes making her 3 months pregnant as Kimihito comes in the house mila has to explain the device then if you want add some scenes like in the manga she says that centaurs have big breast to feed their young and add a breast expansion then it can lead up to her being pregnant scene from the show 

Guinea Horse—Miia, scheming to make Centorea unappealing to Kimihito, asks her to taste a carrot soup she made. Despite knowing she's a terrible cook, Centorea tries it. Surprisingly, it's actually edible. Miia made the soup with magic carrots she bought that supposedly make you "full", which she interpreted as making you fat. She doesn't know it meant "full" in the fertile way. Miia asks if she feels different, and Centorea says she still hungry. Thinking it didn't work, Miia gives her a whole box of carrots to eat. After finishing the box with an even bigger belly (and her horse half starting to grow), Miia thinks she got ripped off and gets pissed. She fuses the remaining carrots into one big carrot and force feeds Centorea, thinking it will finally make her fat. Double hyperpregnancy ensues. Centorea remains oblivious through the whole thing.

The Wrong Class-Centorea finds out she is expecting suddenly out of the blue and is baffled but excited at the same time. She decides to take up a class for expecting monster girls. What Centorea didn't realise is that all the activities she does increases her babies growth as well as other body parts. In the Deluxe, she continues her excuses at home, following the "Home Exercise Regime" from the same class. These exercises continue the growth, but at an accelerated rate, and for both bellies.

Misschievous—It's about the mischievous little succubus or devil/demon girl (she did appear in the anime) who would hypnotize Centorea to be hot and bothered but she would accidentally cast a spell that causes her to be pregnant, but Centorea probably thinks it's a weight gain of sorts, so denial, I guess. Then I guess hilarity ensues from there. I will let you with your imagination kinda make do with this idea. Deluxe would feature both bellies being pregnant.

One Horse Stand—Centorea had a one night stand drunk with the homestay guy and after a few months is suspicious due to some recent feelings in secret uses a pregnancy test to find out she's pregnant. She takes a moment to observe her body observing in the earliest stages of pregnancy what has already changed so far, but comes to the conclusion to preserve her honor and the homestay guy's reputation that she will hide her pregnancy and perhaps deny it. Thus leads to a few months later where she is much more visibly different and some suspicion is being cast on her leading to worrying that they might suspect something so she believes gaining weight will feign that she is instead fat to them instead of having a baby. Ends with her patting herself on the back for keeping the secret while wondering how difficult it'll be for labor and losing the weight. Deluexe maybe is her getting questioned by Rachera in a bdsm trap and giving up the fact that she's pregnant and agreeing to tell the homestay guy. He is using the large bath area designed for the girls when she forcibly joins him in the nude ready to tell him about their child but begins to go into labor while doing so whilst in the bath.

Hold Your Horses!—The story revolves around Centorea after being knocked up by her lover/husband, and tries to do daily things that a pregnant mom should be doing. Pregnancy yoga, breathing exercises, some light jogging, etc. Each one using a different angle or perspective, while sprinkling in humor about how she just can't seem to get it right. The reason? Her pregnancy is getting way too big, way too fast. While she may think this is the handiwork of interference, the ending reveals...nope, it's just her own body making her pregnancy that bountiful and fertile. Deluxe - Probably would involve something about her milk production going way up since she can do it in the manga. Or her pregnancy size skyrocketing in the later months. Either way, her wardrobe is not ready.

Relief—Maybe a reference to another character via phone call or another. There was the farm hand chapters where one of the cow girls asked the question on what way worked best for Centorea to relieve her milk since she must make a lot with a chest that big... only this time Centorea actually needs to figure it out before her pregnancy is over. The animation focusing on different ways. Maybe in a thought bubble or visits the farm again to try the equipment.

Swapsies—Centorea is pregnant, but unaware it. Not because she's oblivious, but whenever she looks at one of her bellies, the pregnancy swaps to the other belly. Essentially, she pregnancy transfers from herself to...herself.
