Quick update before the month ticks over! Let's go over the usual stuff...

* June the 1st is tomorrow, which means you won't get charged for your pledges! Huh? Why? As long-term patrons will know, I usually take June and December as my hiatus months, so you will not be charged your tier pledge when the month ticks over to June (the banner above my header will reiterate my hiatus status haha that rhymed). 

* HOWEVER! While June is a "hiatus" month, I will still be working on animations I have yet to complete and posting them throughout June. Here is a list of what is yet to come:

Rihanne Deluxe 1 (working on it now, will go into details in a second...)
Rihanne Deluxe 2 (after Deluxe 1, sometime in June)
Gifday #9 Winner (next weekend, 4th / 5th June)
Uzaki Hana Normal animation + Deluxes

Considering the work left, I definitely won't finish all of this by the end of June. Welp. All animations completed during June will be sent via private message to all relevant May patrons, so do not fret if you delete your pledge (but you really shouldn't, because you won't be charged). Follow the links in any emails Patreon sends you to access the content when it's posted!

* I tried to finish Rihanne's Deluxe 1 for today, but adapting my normal working process to a code-based process has been gruelling, and a massive learning curve for me. I'm through the worst of it, though, and hope to finish by around the 2nd of June, maybe the 3rd depending on whether quality needs polishing (most likely yes).

Sorry for the long wait between animations, but learning what I've learned will be worth the time spent figuring it out. How so? Using code will hopefully reduce lag in the animations, and let the HTML5 files run much smoother than in the past, but we'll see if that smoothness carries over into the final file. If this new method doesn't help reduce lag then I'm all out of options, and I guess HTML5 files just suck! Oh, and it allows me to potentially code more interactive animations, so that will be fun to play with. I'm simultaneously panicking but excited about it all. :o

A smol tease. You will be able to control Rihanne's movement to the left and right (either via mouse or keys), and you can take the assets of whoever you come across, whatever assets those people might have. And the speed / size of the expansion(s) depend on the size of the person you're taking assets from. It's somewhat simple, and I'm still fine-tuning it, but the results thus far are much more dynamic than what I had in the past. *Prays it doesn't end up a laggy mess*

Remember when I used to spend five days on an animation? *Sigh* Then again, those old animations sure look rough compared to what I do now... Welp. (I say "welp" a lot, don't I...)

* Uzaki Hana's Story Poll will go live later today, so this is your last chance to suggest a story before I post it. You have *glances at clock* another 9 or so hours before I close suggestions and post the poll, so if you were writing a story for her, make sure to post it soon! 

* While the poll will not go live until July at the earliest, Suggestive Pixels are eligible to suggest a character for May (if they haven't already done so) and also for June, when the month ticks over. Make sure to do so if were planning to put a name forward for the next animated pin-up!  

* Finally, I have two Sketch Tier Sketches left to do. I'm going to be doing one of them in a few minutes and posting that today, and the final one I'll be finishing and posting either tomorrow or maybe the 2nd, so expect some crudely hand-drawn tum soon!
