Escort Mission—The Demon King and Hero—in disguise—agree to help out a town's request, which they believed to be an escort mission. As it turns out, the request was not a lie but an important detail was left out of the initial message, which was the “person” being escorted was a baby—a baby yet to be born. And before the Demon King Maoyu can refuse, the baby is transferred to her, and she has to “escort” the baby, now in her womb, all the way to the destination. And at that destination, there are more “escort missions” awaiting her.

Well the reason is she is needing some entertainment, and that entertainment is you playing with her pregnant body. It starts with her moving her dress so you can play with her belly. Each part after is more clothes removed, and more ways to play. At some point some boob play. Near the end, she will ask a very important question. That is "would you like to enjoy me more."
