First, I loved the reference lol. I think this is one of the most versatile one shots you ever made! The camera, the x-ray, the alternate ending with the birth race ... nip piercings (͡ ° ͜ʖ ͡ °). This is what comes back with style!

Sure! In fact, it already seems as though there's a 2nd episode brewing, where Mimi becomes impregnated with an angel, for a SUPER IRONIC TWIST. Then, in future episodes, when those kids have grown up, they can have some kind of pregnancy battles with babies? So many options...

This was totally unexpected and pretty awesome. I'm not into birth personally but everything else was spectacular as usual. I'm surprised neither of the mighty demon lords got them big enough to really pop their belly buttons out though o.o (not complaining, just an observation+the way you do popped out belly buttons is 10/10)
