1.  Spanked and Temp Checked at the office - I would love to see a classic female business exec spanks her younger female subordinate in her office OTK, barebottom. Then she starts to take her temperature, RIGHT as another office associate happens to be walking in. But that doesn’t stop her at all, she welcomes the other associate, and wordlessly shoves the thermometer the rest of the way in.  The other office associate said “She must really deserve it. 2. Bridgette the Doll -  Bridgette get’s sent to daycare and bullies several of the regressed women. When she smashed a doll of one of the girls she bursts out crying and runs to the teacher. 4. Roxxie at the Amusement Park - Roxxie cries helplessly as she rides the teacups, deemed 'too young for any of the adult rides' -- maybe gets a scare from the old carnies she ripped off in the past

5. Sondra Force Fed by Agnes and Agatha -  I'd like a see a new Sondra pic featuring Agnes and Agatha. In it the twins are force feeding Sondra prunes and whole gallons of milk laced with laxatives, because they want to see if she can break the world record for most diaper changes in a single day. Maybe have the diapers numbered so they can keep track. (None messy version she is just being force fed and laughed at)

6. That's a Chubby Girl! - Roxxie is powdered during a diaper change and someone is touching her stomach ( or her ass ) saying that she is chubby. Roxxie is red with shame and she's screaming that she's not fat and doesn't need a diaper...

7. Could you two babysit this scientist? - I'd like to see a follow up to an older Helga piece. Helga when she got a spanking at the mall for making fun of two college girls. The follow up idea would be; Helga got so upset from having a public bare butt spanking, that she wet her overalls and princess panties, leaving her mother no other choice, but to put her in diapers. her mother leads her over to the two girls, apologizing for Helga's behavior and offers them a summer babysitting job, noting that Helga isn't old enough to be left by herself and will need someone to change her diapers. Helga has a look of dread on her face, but is silenced by the pacifier in her mouth, and because of her accident, she has no spare pants and is only wearing a diaper and pink shirt.

8. Progression Sentence, a life after spankings and diapers - after nearly 2 decades regressed, one of the spankees lives life as an adult again -- or do they? (none canon, and certainly full of sci-fi weirdness as I can pretend the world survives and develops hover technology in the next two decades :P)
