I'll admit I'm not quite sure this would work, but... Miku is finally allowed to wear training pants instead of a pull-up or diaper, and excitedly shows this off to Mr Bear. He decides to 'reward' her... But she's having such fun with him that she forgets to move her training pants out of the way and ends up soaking them with something other than pee, and then it's right back to diapers and pull-ups for her...
