Sonic and the Terms of Surrender (Patreon)

This is a follow-up image to an old picture I did a long time ago where Metal Sonic gave Sonic a huge hanging wedgie. Sonic wanted to know the terms for surrender and it turns out surrendering granted him an Atomic-Hanging Wedgie, with a second pair of his underwear used as a means of keeping him suspended from a tree. He never saw it coming and his poor crotch is stinging in pain.
