Hey everyone,

I decided to start right away with the integration of an hairdresser shop in the city, before adding all the new hairs and stuff. 

This was pretty straightforward, as the logic behind was pretty much just to take the existing character creator and rewamp it a bit. I tried to make it more practical by using looping arrows in place of the slider.


Now, I'm pondering two things for the futures hairs I'm creating.

  • Should some news hairs must be unlockable or collectables things? This is a very game-like thing but I wonder if this is going a bit too far. There's already clothes that act as cosmetic collectables, and maybe hairs are a little too much. The other options would be to propose some at the start, and the whole lot at an hairdresser without any other conditions. This could work as not being too restrictive while still feeling like "progressing". 


  • While I'm currently working on the current hairs models, I'm also pondering what to do with gender-like hairstyle. Now, I have far more haircut for the girl than for the boy, simply because, well, there's only so much "boyish" haircut that you can find. So I might simply add any new haircut to both gender, because why not. If someone want to play as a twintailed boy, I don't have to judge. This could be far more simpler and more straightforward. 



So, that's it for now. Currently I'm in the process of attaching the 17 new haircut I've prepared in the character model, and I expect to be done integrating all of it before the end of the week. Next up, I'll do clothes, which might be sightly longer, as it take more time to adjust clothes (especially taking in the bulk of the diaper).
