The complete refusal of both of you to what's happening at the end there was funny XD I am reminded of how moving the music is in this anime. Both Kaori and Kousei easily made that piece epic!

Your Lie In April has one of the most accurate piano/violin animation you could find in any anime, both the musicians body/fingers movements and the piano’s movements. They used the technique known as rotoscope where they recorded real life professional pianist and violinist and turn them into animation we are seeing in these episodes. Besides the WHOLESOME storyline of the anime, the accuracy of the animation for pianists and violinist is another reason why this show is famous for.

I know they mention before they prefer having a good time, not a sad one. Hopefully they tough it out and make it through the show. Even though the writing is on the wall. It’s still a beautiful show that impacted many people who have watched it. YLIA and Re:Zero are gonna have uncomfortable moments. Idk they will be able to handle Made in Abyss but I’m very excited to see them reaction to it someday.

Lol @ the ending discussion. I blame the IKEA chair from Re:Zero. It jumped through shows, made Kousei have a hard time sitting at the piano and then made Kaori pass out at the end. It's always the IKEA chair.

Btw, Angel is right, the keys he plays are accurate. So are the chords she's playing. There are videos of piano players trying to repeat what he plays and it's the right chords. The attention to detail is INSANE. Honestly an unreasonable amount of time and money spent on that.

I’ve only watched this show through 2 times because it left such a lasting impression on me. The music has stuck with me as well. Everything is beautifully executed. Side note: lol if Ange really hasn’t seen Bridge to Terabithia then he should really watch it..
