More so than the previous arcs, the sanctuary arc is an extremely complicated puzzle for Subaru to solve. Even though we're 10 episodes in, all the pieces have not even been setup on the board yet. As Subaru says himself, he still has no idea what the deal is with Beatrice or why Elsa is attacking the mansion, plus there is a bit more information that Subaru needs to learn about the Santuary, before he even begins to know what he's supposed to be doing right now.

PLEASE NOTE at how the episodes inch toward 30mins runtime!! They had to pay for commercial time to air that. It will continue with that trend. As you might expect, definitely an episode where plot points / questions were established to be elaborated on in the coming episodes so don't lose hope.
