Hi, this is Gearous.

Like I mentioned on my twitter yesterday, there was a problem...

I've put Enamel Pin order, manufacturer started production, but they said their manufacturer has closed and stopped working, here's what they said:

 We just wanted to let you know that despite the supplier giving us assurances in regards to any pin order being put into production before January 20 would be sent out to us, they have not been dispatched before the factory closure. I am very sorry about this. We have been let down by the manufacturer.
If we do receive any further information about the status of your pins we will get in touch straight away. However, once the factory re-opens we will chase them to ensure we get a clear deadline of when we will receive these.
 

They do not know when the production will restart, but they said they will be able to give me a clear answer when it's February 23rd.

My opinion is working with the same company would be the best since it's already middle of February, even if I find a new company and start to work would take same amount of time as waiting for this company to work.


so Please understand that there can be a possibility that the release date for <Ultimate Sexaroid> might be delayed.

I'm so sorry to announce this to you, I will do my best to get it on time as much as I can!!!

Gear please do not stress yourself as this is definitely not your fault and outside of your control. I, personally, do not mind if there is a delay as I know that the products will be spectacular once they arrive in the vision in which you had for them to. Thank you for all of your hard, hard work. Truly sorry to hear that you're having to endure this, but unfortunately these things happen. Please do what you feel is right as far as the manufacturing goes. If you need any help with anything, please don't hesitate to ask!

Yes, I also don't mind any delays. You're always so professional and well-organized and thoughtful. Please keep making great work, stay healthy and hope things work out with this supplier or you find another, as long as it takes. 😊

Thanks for the updates and no worries for the delay. I have more time to save up for the next Gear book hehe. I understand that delays will also mess up your schedule and other commitments, but for our side, don’t worry. we can wait. i hope you don’t stress too much over this, and can resolve the issue soon with minimal hiccups. take care of yourself. eat well sleep well be well. you are the best, gearous.

I’m sorry this happened to you, Gear. Delays happen, and I am sure none of us mind waiting. We Just want you to be healthy and happy so try not to worry yourself over this or stress yourself out. Oh my dear friend, is a shame you have to go through this, but sometimes this things happen. I personally don't mind any delays, I'm sure we all understand this is totally out of your control so please don't worry too much. We're all here to support you on every step be it easy or troubled. Either way I know at the end it will be AMAZING. This delay will only make it even better! Thanks for your hard work and dedication. Love you so much!

Don't worry Gearous! I think all of your fans and patrons will understand the delay is not your fault in the least. And these things happen at times. I will happily be patient and look forward to it when it comes. I just appreciate you are willing to give us this token of appreciation to start with. Thank you so much for all your diligent work. I do think you are making the right choice by staying with the company to finish the project but I would reconsider any future orders if they use the same manufacturer. I hope it happens soon. Keep up the hard work. And thanks again for considering us.
