What I have seen other artists do is put their stuff into a shared access folder on Mega, available for only patreon members to access the link and contents. Then the artist merely updates with a post that hyperlinks to said folder and a blurb about the new content available. It's what Hayaka11 does at least and I bet it is a viable loophole.
