A burst of light, and the three boyfriends unceremoniously manifest back into the land of living flesh.

"Ooph... I'm gonna feel that in the morning." Muttered Morty.

"…Get, get off me will ya? You're breaking my back here Morty..." Groaned Dan.

Abel mutters something under his breath, some sort of gibberish.

They all get up onto their feet, Morty glowing with accomplishment, Dan rattling his brain, and Abel with his mind still scattered. Dan rubs the front of his head with knitted brows. He couldn't make sense of the past events. It felt like a dream that happened so fast without giving him a second to make sense of his own surrounding. His mind felt faint, but Morty's gentle grasp on his shoulder grounded him on earth. "I'll explain everything once we get home." The middle aged man nodded in response, looking as if he was trying to process a complex equation in his mind the whole while.

"Grugh... I... I... flesh... Come... flesh." Abel's muttering distracted Dan from his thoughts as he grabbed both sides of Abel's face, his head slumped slightly in an awkward direction. "Abel? Abel?! Are you okay? Abel?!" In a rising panic, Dan's voice began to break as he roughly shook the shoulders of their beloved cameraman. The fruitless attempt to rouse his lucidity was interrupted by Morty.

"Whoa Dan, whoa! He's gonna be okay."

Dan looked towards Morty his usually stoic expression was visibly distraught.

"Just a few day's rest is all he needs, with some restorative herbs. He'll be back to normal!"

Dan nodded with a relieved expression, still clearly overwhelmed with the shock of the past events.

"Now let's get out of here." They stepped out of the shed into the morning light. The crisp winter air began to cool their skin. But just the right temperature to be bearable for just a couple of minutes.

"Shit, we missed Christmas didn't we."
