This wasn't looking good at all. 

You spent many hours of the night hunting witches, a dangerous breed of creatures that preyed on innocent humans to make sure Abel and Morty's investigations would be safer.   But when you settled in your hideout to check their status, your stomach dropped when your opened your Tome of Bond to see your boyfriends in absolute trouble. One trapped in the edge of existence under the mercy of an aberration, and the other trapped in the spectral realm to serve the Halloween King. There was no time to wait at all, you had to act fast while the line between the realm of mortals and the realm of the beyond was blurred. 

It was now or never.

You quickly gathered your arsenal of weapons and tools, devices that you've gathered with your mingling with celestials and demons. First you had to separate your soul from your body to venture to the edge of existence to save Abel, and then use a stone of planar calling to manifest yourself towards Dan's location.

Dan and Abel were the loves of your lives, and you'd be a fool to not use your expertise to save them.

You had time to quickly inscribe a rune into your arm just in case. It was a dangerous gamble to inscribe a spirit's sigil onto your own body. They would summon themselves to give you one chance to convince them to let you borrow their power for one spell. There were two runes that you had enough time to inscribe, and you just had to decide which one...
