Heads up- Changing to Pay Upfront (Patreon)

Patreon has been rolling out their "pay upfront" payment model and it's finally reached me. I'll be switching to this model in the next few days.

What this means for existing patrons: 

Basically nothing. You'll be charged at the first of the month as usual. But if you raise your pledge amount, you'll be charged the difference immediately.

What this means for new patrons:

You'll be charged your selected amount immediately, and then monthly starting on the first day of the next month. Unfortunately this means that if you sign up on the last day of the month, you'll be charged twice in two days >.< Please be aware!

What this means for me:

One less headache. A lot of people abuse Patreon's payment model by increasing their pledge, grabbing a higher-tier reward, and decreasing their pledge again before they're charged. There's also lots of canceled or declined charges every month. All of it together makes it hard to guess how much money I'm going to make, meanwhile the people who haven't paid a dime are still getting access to the rewards meant only for supporters.

Paying upfront stops the abuse, and puts more incentive on people with declined pledges to fix their payment method.
