This is a request by Riyshn, featuring an all-time Young Justice favorite - Impulse and Blue Beetle. Jaime just figured out a way to use the Scarab technology for a.....juvenile purpose. I'm not sure how the Scarab AI would feel about this, or perhaps this is part of their plan, to stop Impulse using his own uncontrolled teenage urges?
