Luke opened his eyes as the morning light entered his bedroom, he smiled as he looked across his bed to the large metal crib and the sleeping adult woman that was lying inside. Luke stared at the woman for a moment, she was still sucking on the pacifier that he had placed in her mouth the night before, she had kicked off the pink blanket during the night and was now lying naked apart from a clearly stained white plastic diaper wrapped around her waist. He let out a satisfied smile as he rolled away from the crib and towards his bedside table, he picked up his phone and dialed the last number he had called.

“Hello Sir” the woman on the other end of the phone answered quickly.

“Hi Trish, I need you to come and change……” he frowned

“Susan Sir”

“Susan? Are you sure? I thought it began with a K. Anyway yeah she needs changing” he said as he looked back over at the sleeping woman in the crib.

“What shall I do with her after that? Is she a keeper?”

Luke cocked her head as he looked at the red-haired young woman, she was pretty but they all were pretty, he wanted someone special.

“Yeah? Maybe?” he said when the pacifier fell from Susan’s mouth and Luke nodded “Yes, I mean yes but no pacifiers, I want to see her pretty smile” he said with enthusiasm.

“Very well sir, I will make the arrangements and don’t forget we have that meeting today, Goodbye” Trish said with no emotion.

Luke placed the phone down and smiled, he had been working towards this for years and today it was finally happening, he was about to buy the building to his new empire. He slowly got out of bed, he stood naked beside the bed as he heard a rustle from the crib, he looked over to see Susan roll over, he stared at the young woman’s messy diapered bum for a moment and shook his head with a smile. He walked out of the room and down the hall towards the large bathroom.

Luke opened the door to see Lisa sitting on the toilet with a diaper around her ankles and wearing no other clothing. She shot up with eyes wide in a panic.

“Sorry Sir, I erm I just….” she trailed off as she bent down and grabbed the diaper and pulled it up.

“Were you given permission to be in here Lisa? I’m pretty sure you're contracted as a diapered carer with no toilet privileges” he said firmly

Lisa swallowed hard as she looked down at the floor nervously

“That’s right sir, I….It won't happen again, please don’t fire me” she pleaded.

“Get out I will talk to you later” he said and Lisa quickly rushed past the naked man and out of the bathroom.

Luk closed the door and sighed as he pressed the control button on the wall and the shower turned on. He walked over to the mirror and looked at himself in the mirror as the shower warmed up, he placed his hands through his short black styled hair and turned his head from side to side to look at his handsome reflection and his short beard, he frowned to himself.

“I think I might need to get a trim, It’s getting to that time” he said as he placed his hand on his chin, he stood up and looked at his toned muscular body

“I will have to get Trish to book an appointment with my trainer for tomorrow, I can’t let this slip” he said as the mist from the shower covered the room.

After the shower, Luke dried himself and wrapped a towel around his waist as he walked back to his bedroom, as he entered Susan let out a nervous gasp as she looked up at him from the floor. He smiled to himself as he looked down at the now naked blushing woman lying on the floor with Trish holding her feet up in the air with a fresh pink diaper in hand.

“Sir” Trish said flatly

“I must have missed seeing what the baby had left in her diaper” he said as he looked down at Susan.

Susan turned even brighter red and quickly looked away from Luke as Trish placed the fresh pink diaper on the floor.

“Yes she left a big stinky, didn’t you baby girl” Trish cooed down at her as she lowered her legs and her bum sat on the fresh diaper, she sprinkled on some baby powder and pulled the diaper up and taped it tightly around the young woman’s waist.

Luke shook his head and smiled as he finally took his eyes off Susan and went into his walk in wardrobe, Trish nodded as she looked down at Susan and smiled

“Sir is very interested in you, he would like you to stay” she said as she got up off the floor.

Susan’s eyes widened as she looked down at the diaper and winced slightly

“You mean stay as a baby? Wearing and using diapers?” she asked nervously

“Yes, you will get weekends and holidays off but other than that you will stay here with his other adult baby women” she said with a smile.

Susan frowned and shook her head, she opened and closed her mouth a couple of times before saying

“How much?”

“One hundred Thousand a year with a minimum of three years service”

“Do I have to use the diapers every day?” she asked with disgust

“Yes, you will live every part as a baby apart from a pacifier” Trish said with a nod.

Susan winced as she slowly sat up and she heard the diaper rustle, she could feel the thick padding between her legs and she felt uneasy.

“I don’t know, I’m not too keen” Susan said nervously

“Is it the money? What would you be interested with?” she asked with a frown

“Three hundred thousand a year and one year with a possible extension, if you can do that then I’m interested” she said with confidence.

Trish shook her head “I will have to talk with Sir about it, for now why don’t you go and get some breakfast” she said with a smile.

Susan nodded and stood up, she blushed as the diaper rustled and she slowly left the room as Luke entered the room wearing a smart black suit and a dark blue tie, he was placing his gold watch on his hand as he looked at Trish

“So did we get her?” he asked

“She wants five hundred thousand a year and for only one year” Trish lied as she sighed at Luke.

“Five hundred? She got twenty thousand just for last night. That’s coming up to your pay, no way. Did you tell her no?” he said with slight anger.

Trish shook her head as she placed her hands behind her back and gave Luke a smile

“No” she said flatly

“You have an idea don’t you” Luke said while shaking his head

“I do sir, I have run a background check on her and it would be a test for our IT guys and doctors but she could be the first acceptance to the Hotel”

“You mean to put her through the program?” he asked in disbelief.

“Exactly, when we get the hotel today we need to show future clients what we can do for them and we can learn from her going forward”

Luke frowned as he placed his hand on his chin, he looked at the crib that lay beside his bed and slowly nodded

“OK but I think it would be better if we use two, how about Lisa?” he said with a smile

“Lisa? The carer? We could use her, I don’t see a problem with that” she said as she made a note in her phone and brought up some files.

“Great, I want to put them into different types of the program” he said with a smile.

“Smart thinking sir. With their profiles I recommend that Lisa should be in the subliminal message program and the other can be in the shock program”

“That’s great so…….Susan will be in for a shock” he smiled to himself

“You forgot her name again didn’t you?” Trish asked with a smirk.

“Yeah, I keep thinking she has a name starting with K, to make it easier for me she will be renamed, new life new name. We will call her Baby Kelly. I want our doctors all over this, I want them checking and seeing if their profiles were right. I don’t care at this point if they are wrong, I just want the correct data going forward” he said as he walked towards Trish.

“I will make sure of it, as soon as you purchase the building I can bring everything out of storage and begin to stock but we will need staff”

“Nurse Trish has a ring to it don’t you think?” He said with a smile.

Trish frowned and took a step back

“Sir? I….” she was quickly cut off

“You will be perfect for it, you already know how to look after and change diapers. You know how everything should be run and I will give you a pay rise, how about what baby Kelly wanted a year as an extra?” he said with a wink.

“Nurse Trish reporting for duty, I’m looking forward to giving baby Kelly the shock of her life later today” she said with a smile.
