Hi all, we made it to spring! Hard to believe its been two and a half years since the debut of this patreon! Thank you all for your continued support and visitation.

The main menu item for this post is the preview of the upcoming pose pack, Emotive poses. The pack will feature 16 pose files. As you have guessed from the name, the pose pack will depict various emotions and interactions. There will be some conversation poses, scared poses, scolding poses, and greeting poses. There will also be two bonus cool guy walking poses thrown in, courtesy of a sponsor tier member.

Baby Steps

Beyond just the poses, I would also like to announce that I am taking my first steps into mod creation. I am in REALLY early stages. All I have managed to create so far is... a chair. I made the chair by following BlenderGuru on youtube, and ported it to the game with the help and infinite patience of Enimaroah, Bl@ke, Lurki, and Photoshop Graphics Guru over on the illusion discord.

The "Soborg chair" is ready for use in HS2. If anyone is interested in testing it in-game, please let me know. I don't think a solitary chair is worthy of a release here or on the discord, but if you want it, I will send it to you lol.

My ambition with this is to create some highly detailed, chic, modern furnishings for you guys to start, and to eventually move on to fashionable attire and accessories. This chair was surprisingly time consuming to create from scratch, and I can only imagine stuff like clothing to be orders of magnitude more difficult, given that they need to be weight painted and have multiple states of undress. Only time will tell how far I can go with this, so I'm making no promises just yet!

Beyond these updates, there are also two potential issues that I wanted to discuss today, one relevant to HS2 users, and the other relevant to HS1 + PH users.

Edit: Thank you to those who have reached out and offered to test the chair mod. For the sake of simplicity, I will just add the file to the bottom of this post lol.

Issue One: HS2 Bonus Bones

I recently updated my HS2 and found that there is a mod that distorts my FK poses and breaks the ankle adjust function. Some of you are surely also suffering from this in silence. If you are puzzled as to why my poses are loading like this:

Then it is because you have the [KKY] Bonus Bones mod installed. Though there was a time when I would have welcomed a mod like this, which adds extra nodes to manipulate while posing, unfortunately it warps my entire pose library.. I played around with it a bit, and though I do not find the two extra spine bones useful (as they allow for bending at points along the spine where a real human would not be able to), the extra bone in the ankle is actually really great for posing feet when heels are not worn. Normally, this benefit is already offered by the ankle adjust function, but those of you who are super into feet may find the adjustability afforded by this mod valuable. However, I am not crazy enough about feet to rework my entire library for this!

Therefore, I will not be refreshing my library to accommodate the bonus bones mod, apologies to anyone that this may disappoint.

If you are having the issue illustrated above, or are seeing your character's feet angled 45 degrees upwards when using my poses, you can fix the issue by removing the Bonus bones mod in "HoneySelect2\mods\Sideloader Modpack\KKY ."

Issue Two: SSS Jumbled Poses

I have received several reports from people that my poses are not loading correctly when using SSS in HS1 (and possibly PH by extension). I have tried the latest VNGE and SSS updates and could not reproduce the issue. The poses are loading just fine for me. If you are still affected by the mystery issue please update your VNGE, and if that does not work, please contact me with more details so that we can hopefully pinpoint the problem.

Thats all for now. Thank you for tuning into this update. See you on release day.

You've already done a great job, there's no need to make any adjustments for other plugins. Just keep to your own habits and pace.

Also, I like the preview, it looks great.
