Hi everyone,

For the past few months I've been totally focused on finishing my book Means and Ends: The Revolutionary Practice of Anarchism in Europe and the United States. This took a lot of work as the book is (excluding endnotes and bibliography) 362 pages long. The manuscript is completely done now and everyone will be able to read it when its released on July 25th.

I have spent March double checking all 1264 endnotes are correct and fact checking everything.

Now that the book is finally finished I will return to working on videos. If you want to learn more about the book listen to this short video I made.

You can wishlist the book on the AK press website.

Thanks so much for supporting me and making this possible.

Will you have an accompanying audio book for it ?

Even an e=book would be nice, I hope I hope, but audio is good yes.

This will be out in time for me to use it in my masters dissertation but not in time for me to cite it in my dissertation proposal. Do you know of any good academic texts on the anarchist “theory of practice” that you talk about? My dissertation will be on a particular strike and its impacts and I want to talk about the transformative effect of the action on the strikers themselves but not sure what to cite for this idea (which I have learned entirely from your vids)

Read Prefigurative Politics: Building Tomorrow Today by Paul Raekstad and Sofa Saio Gradin. Explains the theory of practice and applies it to various strategies and debates.

I hope that you are feeling alright, Zoe. It must feel overwhelming to make the final push to get your book out. Just know that you have my full support.

I just got a Kindle version of Prefigurative Politics and, wow, it is a good read! Thank you for suggesting this book.
