Hi everyone,

I spent October researching and writing a video about the history of counter-culture in the Spanish anarchist movement during the late 19th and early 20th century. It covers a wide range of topics including print media, speaking tours, schools, free love and vegetarianism. Discussions of Spanish anarchism online tend to focus on trade unions, strikes and the Spanish civil war. I wanted to draw attention to another part of Spanish anarchism that doesn't get as much attention.

The video was meant to be released at the end of October but it took longer than expected to write. I also needed to wait for feedback from specialists on Spanish anarchism to make sure I didn't get anything wrong. I will release the video, which should be my longest video yet, in November. Sorry for the delay.

Whilst working on the video I was also reading a lot of other anarchist history books. This was to make sure that when my book on the history of anarchist strategy is released next year, it is up to date with the latest literature.

Thanks for supporting me and making this all possible.

Halloween is one of my favorite times of year and counter culture is a huge part of that. I'm excited to learn the history. I did some personal research into Mary Shelley and her husband because he was expelled from school for writing a phamlet on atheism and then wrote one on the vegetable diet. They believed in free love too. At least as an idea
