Vlad Tebbish, the Romanian Count, ruled his country from the torture chamber. When he wasn't impaling Turkish invaders or beheading dissidents he relaxed by tickling the feet of peasant girls. It was so much fun to make. I knew there will be quite a bit of work on modeling some stuff but I think I'm getting used to the workflow, so it went quite smoothly this time.
