Patreon devlog update 100: corruptive influences (Patreon)

heyo peeps ,  it's... the 100th devlog update for the game? whoa we've been developing this for quite a long time, apologies >_> but we're putting our everything on it, that's why we're taking this much time! Anyways, here's what i worked on these couple of days

first i worked on the animations of the intermission between the circus and casino chapter, as you can see zap discovered he kind of likes the taste of hell's booze, and apparently ,they have a stowaway! it's harry, the hellnaut, that , having almost been turned into a candy person in the circus decided that the easiest getaway was to hitch a ride with the boys.

i also drew a background for the luxury suite that Malphas is giving zap and harry while he negotiates the boys'  release from hell. It's not done since it's an extra big background, but you can see it has quite the traditional demonic feel mr. mal is particularly fond of. 

speaking of harry, the hellnaut in this chapter will serve a specific purpose, i.e. he'll be a reservoir for sins ( the currency of casino ) for zap. This will cause some unwanted changes in him, but maybe he did need a bit of a break from all the stress he's been accumulating in hell.

last but not least, there's an arcade section in the casino, and i had time to sketch one of the residents of the place who will be crucial to obtain a key power for zap to use. Of course the dude is a giant shout out to the nineties , being a cross between maui & son's sharkman and a street shark. Also a literal game shark, since he's p much obsessed with the games in the casino. He is maybe too much of a ripoff ? i might change him a bit -
