possible commission sheet (Patreon)

Planning on going the Pokilewd route and charging 300$ a character commissions. Commissions were the biggest reason I wanted to retire in the first place and they got in the way of my own works and killed me on the inside so I'm learning from my mistakes. 

Any opinions and things I should add to this sheet? debating about adding background prices but then again I might not do that.
